Drawcalm is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect as little data as possible — most of what you do in the app never leaves your device.

Drawcalm offers optional paid subscriptions processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details or billing information. We receive only a confirmation indicating whether an active subscription exists.
Locally stored preferences exist solely to personalise your in-app experience. Subscription status is used to unlock premium features.
We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social media SDKs.
Drawcalm does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal data to function.
All personal preferences are stored on your device and secured by your device's own lock screen and storage encryption. We do not operate servers that hold your personal data.
You can exercise your data rights directly by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. For subscription-related data held by Apple or Google, please refer to their respective support resources.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

All content in the App — graphics, audio, interface design, illustrations, and code — is owned by or licensed to us. Your own drawings belong to you. We claim no ownership over creative content you produce using the App.
All drawings are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or use your drawings in any way.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Features described as meditative or calming are for general wellness purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
The App distributes through Apple App Store and Google Play Store, whose own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of these platforms.
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
